424 5th, a cute walkstreet cottage (pictured) that was overpriced to begin, chopped $300k (-13%) to $2.099m.
- 221 34th, a stunning new modern near the water with huge views, made a giant leap, cutting $699k at once. It's now down $1.1m (-20%) from start, currently $4.3m. Wow.
- 222 N. Poinsettia, a lot sale (see "Just Split 'Em"), chopped $1m from the preposterous $7.9m to the slightly less preposterous $6.9m. In doing so, this listing became the fourth in the Hills to cut $1m or more in recent weeks, and one more is just $4k short...
