• 6 new listings
• 15 price cuts
• 3 listings quit the market
One of those to quit was featured here only last week. 329 4th had just made a big cut to $200K under acquisition (June 2019 acquisition) and seemed to be putting out a call for all offers ASAP. (See "Big Cuts Might Draw Offers.") Instead, they're off the MLS now.
