Both halves of August also had 27 new escrows opened up, blowing away prior Augusts.
Manhattan Beach is now seeing, consistently, nearly 2 new property sales per day.
It is a remarkable, ongoing recovery from the stay-at-home period, when the market was temporarily on ice.
