sales (new escrows), compared to 24 in March. So, a bit slower than March.
For those of you with a historical sense, this year almost exactly matched 2009. The second half last year also saw 10 new escrows, and 17 total for April, just 2 shy of this year. That's not a huge improvement in this overall "hotter" year.
Inventory hit the market in April at precisely the same pace as last month, with 13
new listings in the second part of April giving us 27 for the month, again.
With 3 cancellations this period, total inventory rose by just 3 listings over the end of March at 84
SFRs at the end of April.
