We've got plenty of readers here (realtors and consumers included) who are affected by Monday's changeover to the "Multi-Regional MLS." (We've taken to calling it "Mr. MLS
for the new front page.
We've already noted that Mr. MLS has much harsher policies regarding bogus re-lists. Click here for their very terse sample letter
notifying agents of a re-list violation. You might note that they really, really don't like
this once-standard practice.
On Mr. MLS's system, the rules are different, the processes are different, and the data displays are different. We're hearing gripes. What's yours?
