Maybe 1717 Pacific isn't MBC's kind of house, but someone has snapped it up real quick.
It was nice to be all but alone as a listing <$1.5m. Sold in two weeks.
The net profit doesn't look grand, perhaps $30k-$100k, but it ain't a loss either. Congrats to both sides on this one!
