There's a steady stream of new inventory to see this weekend. Some highlights are below.

Click for the Beach Reporter's online list of open houses, or, at any time, use the link in the right-hand column on the front page under "Prop. Search Tools."

As always, click any property address below for more pics & details via Redfin:

Hill Section

There's another big-dollar listing, this one $6.75m for 218 N. Dianthus. It's quite big, with 5600 sq. ft. of living space, although just 4br. It's opulent and the living spaces vast, but you might agree with us that the layout is a bit strange. Blake Roberts calls it the new "King on the Hill." Open Sun. 1-4pm.

One old-timer: Have you seen 811 Boundary? It's one of the longer-running listings in MB at 250+ DOM; currently at $2.199m after beginning at $2.599m. Open Sat. & Sun., 1-4pm.

Sand Section

It's all about 30th St. this week.

445 30th is an older Spanish that's been updated, and offers 3br/3ba and 2600 sq. ft. on a full lot (2700 sq. ft.). Asking $1.999m. Also, the listing touts the possibility of using, or buying, the neighboring lot. Open Sun. 1-4pm.

465 30th looks new, though it's 5 yrs. old. It offers 5br/6ba and 3600 sq. ft. on a full lot. Is it as voluptuous as the pics? Question: Why brand-new stucco? Asking $2.799m. Open Sat. & Sun., 1-4pm.

Oh, and long-timer 4419 Highland sneaks into the list this week because it's got another new price: $1.299m. Open Sun. 1-4pm.

Tree Section

We lead with Mrs. MBC's pick: 738 26th, at the corner with Agnes. (We'd give it an Agnes address, in a perfect world.) Maybe the listing overreaches in saying "perhaps the best location in the Tree Section," but maybe not. Cute, cute, no garage face, traditional look – lovely. (Boy, does she get mushy.) The home offers 4br/5ba, 2900 sq. ft. for $1.799m. Open Sat. & Sun., 1-4pm.

Strut down the same street a bit to 661 26th for a brand-new Cape Cod-style home, albeit one of those with the garage nose. Offers 5br/5ba, 3400 sq. ft. for $2.699m. It's not on the BR list but we're hopeful it'll be open anyway.

Under $1.5m, you have two new options: 1412 Elm (3b/2ba, 1850 sq. ft.) at $1.385m and similarly sized 2904 Laurel (3br/3ba, 1850 sq. ft.) at $1.449m. Both open Sun., Elm from 1-4pm, Laurel from 2-4pm.
