Below is all active inventory of SFRs and THs in Manhattan Beach as of July 31, 2013.
A total of 66 properties were on the market, 55 SFRs and 11 THs. They are listed by section in ascending price order.
This inventory total is down a little (-4) since the mid-July report.
Every subregion of MB saw a decline in inventory from the last report, except East MB, which up +5.
However, right after the July 31 closing of these reports, we anticipate a series of several new listings for the week. We'll see!
