About MBC

Manhattan Beach Confidential provides data, analysis and commentary on local real estate. We focus on Single Family Residences (SFRs) west of Sepulveda. Our purpose is to educate and entertain, with a strong focus on facts, trends, and anecdotes that illuminate the picture. We also provide direct assistance, on request, for people who are buying or selling real estate in town.

MBC is produced by Dave Fratello, a political consultant, communications strategist and licensed real estate agent, under the monicker "MB Watcher." Dave has lived in MB for more than a dozen years and has both tracked and participated in the local market throughout that time.
