Not sure whom to hire to represent you in a real estate transaction?

MBC can refer you to a good agent with solid local market expertise from among a select few that we trust. We'll stay involved, if you like, to make sure you're well served.

MBC makes referrals on a case-by-case basis, trying to get the right fit for you. We'll interview you about your needs and offer a tailored recommendation about agents you might consider. After that, it's up to you.

If you choose to work with an agent we refer, the blog author, Dave Fratello (a.k.a. MB Watcher) may receive a referral fee, a standard industry practice.

Dave is also available to help clients looking to buy properties on a case-by-case basis. (Sellers are referred to others.) Feel free to ask. We're happy to help however we can.
