Go Ahead, Snoop

By Dave Fratello | May 6th, 2016

Next week is going to be a good weekend for open houses in more ways than one.

It's time for the annual Sophisticated Snoop tour of special local homes.

The annual event, benefiting American Martyrs School, is next Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

This year's tour will feature five homes, four in Manhattan Beach and one in Hermosa. All are open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on each of the three days of the event.

Tickets for the tour are $30 presale and $35 at the event. Courtesy of DigMB's coverage:

This year's homes include the Traylor home (Manhattan Beach), a Santa Barbara Spanish Revival home featuring Old World charm with modern conveniences; the Horan home (Manhattan Beach), a stylish modern home designed for family living; the Harris home (Hermosa Beach), a resort-style home with echoes of the South Pacific; the Hasso home (Manhattan Beach) a newly built "beach modern" with an emphasis on family fun; and the Coppersmith home (Manhattan Beach), a showplace for the art collection of a pair of world travelers.

Pre-sale tickets are available at the following Manhattan Beach locations: American Martyrs School, GROW, Patterson Cleaners, pages: a bookstore, Tabula Rasa, Bristol Farms, and Look! Optometry.
