The volume of new listings may be limited, but as you'll see below, there are a couple of knockouts to draw your attention, one new house in the Trees and then a flat walkstreet house with upgrades.

We do hope you'll be out enjoying the MB Hometown Fair, celebrating its 50th year, and without the blazing hot October weather that we have often seen in prior years. It's just paradise out there for those who would like to look at art, play some games or snack extensively (for a good cause).
