East Manhattan Beach

At the time, that was a record price for an East Manhattan home on a typically sized lot, but the price has been exceeded 9 times since, with the current peak at $5.600M (a figure reached twice).

Tree Section
1901 John Street (5br/5ba, 3716 sqft.) is a 2000-built Spanish on a corner lot on one of the Tree Section's great streets. The original build has held up well, even if today's buyers may wish to change out some finishes. It's hard to get onto this block.
