Too quiet?
Well, mid-late October is a mixed time to list your house, so maybe the fact that we have only 3 truly new listings for the past week is just a sign of the time of year... and not "the times."
There were 5 new deals posted over the past week, so it's not like everyone is just standing around.
Do try to plan on Sunday to pop in to 621 6th in the Hill Section (first listing below), a fun contempoarary build in a nice location that would benefit from some fresh thinking about style. We have ideas...

Hill Section
