By Dave Fratello | October 30th, 2021

Another sign that things are back... the kids will be out and about for real this Halloween.

And not just the kids. Check out all that's going on around MB on Saturday/Sunday in this piece from our sister publication, DigMB.com: "Here's Your Guide to Halloween Weekend in Manhattan Beach." (Hint: Golf cart parades are very much a thing now!)

And while we want you to get out and about around town, we don't have a ton of new listings in town here to mention. Just 3 new listings emerged in MB this week, and only two are open.

A more generous 16 total MB listings are open this weekend, per this list. (Which you can also find by clicking "open houses" at the top of the site.)

Below, click any address link to view all photos and property details. Listings appearing here come from the whole MB market and may or may not be represented by MB Confidential author Dave Fratello and Edge.
