Manhattan Beach New Listings (11/28-11/29/20)

Very few new listings debut in Thanksgiving week, but there are a few below.

We're going to begin with posting of Dave's and Edge's current Sand Section listings, 320 33rd Place, an ocean-view townhome, and 417 27th, a corner-lot SFR with marvelous indoor/outdoor spaces.

And we'll sprinkle in some "greatest hits" among other listings currently on market. In more typical years, this long weekend for Thanksgiving was a time when we enjoyed bringing visiting family and friends to open houses at the most exemplary local listings.
