Manhattan Beach New Listings (1/23-1/24/21)

OK, we're a couple weeks from the traditional, post-Super-Bowl "kickoff" of the Spring market.

Just a few new listings are trickling out, but enough for us to share the latest.

Our beef? What's with the lower-grade marketing all of a sudden?

COVID-19 is still very much a real thing. In-person tours of homes are still pretty restricted, and a resumption of open houses is so far off as to be beyond speculation.

So where are the virtual tours this week, people?

Five of the 7 new listings don't have 'em. (One has a still-photo slideshow.) One listing with a 3D tour is a re-list from last year that already had a 3D tour, the other has a new agent this year and, mercifully, does have a tour.

And don't get us started with the listing language that obviously hasn't been proofread. Too busy to give it a once-over?
