It's rare that any week begins with two Hill Section listings, but here we are. Both do have 1970s build dates, but you take what you can get to get moving...

Hill Section

Still largely original, the home could serve well with a round of cosmetic fixes and updates, if you like the general vibe. (We kinda do. It's charmingly different.)

It just sold in early October for $3.950M, and is now back at a markup of over $300K (+8.5%). (It's also offered for lease at $13K/mo.)

The home sports a 2020 build date. It has something of a modern vibe, with an overall traditional floorplan. Staging is sparse and simple, accentuating the clean, modern feel.
