Manhattan Beach New Listings (1/29-1/30/22)

Driving around town the other day, one of the jr. MBCs observed white buds on a barren tree, and said, "What? Why is that tree blooming? It's still January."

We agreed it could be a case of false Spring.

Just like last week here, in local real estate.

We had 10, count them, 10 new listings last week, and it seemed like maybe this year's real estate Spring (Feb-May) might be roaring to life early.

Haha! This week, just 2 new listings emerged in all of Manhattan Beach. Now last week looks like a false Spring.
