Manhattan Beach New Listings (2/12-2/13/22)

By Dave Fratello | February 12th, 2022

So here comes the Big Game, the one they built SoFi stadium for, the game that re-kindles memories of football past for some of us (!) and, for newer arrivals, still has some people saying, "Oh, we have a team in LA?"

All those years and years ago, when the Rams would have an off year, they'd be derided as the "Lambs," but this year, they look to be for real. They just have to wrestle some young tigers. Gonna be fun.

And Monday is Valentine's Day, so couples who love football really have it made.

If you're looking for places locally to drop in to soak up the super bowl on Sunday, or special date-night locations for Monday, we've got you covered. Our sister site, MB News, published this updated list of spots with specials for both big days. Enjoy!

We also have some new inventory this week, with much of last week's already sold. Inventory Saturday morning hung at 25. A half dozen debuted this week, featured below. Next week, we're hoping for a bunch more.

See links and details below, and click any address link to view all photos and property details. Listings appearing here come from the whole MB market and may or may not be represented by MB Confidential author Dave Fratello and Edge.

Open house times are listed below, but you can also click "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.
