100 N Dianthus Street, Manhattan Beach,

100 N Dianthus Street, Manhattan Beach,  100 N Dianthus Street (6br/10ba, 9479 sqft.) is an ultra-modern custom home that was on the market last year as 1001 1st. St., launching with a party featuring models and TV stars (is streaming TV? discuss) and multiple cameras, not to mention scrumptious foods.

100 N Dianthus Street, Manhattan Beach, It began last year at $29.900M, but returns nearly $5M lighter this year with new agents and without the cameras. Last year, we said, in part:

100 N Dianthus Street, Manhattan Beach, "[This home] is ULTRA. It's huge. It's nearly new.

It's at the top of the hill, in an area where the power poles have recently come down, allowing unmatched ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms.

100 N Dianthus Street, Manhattan Beach, We don't mean 'nice ocean peeks' from one or two bedrooms. There are world-beating ocean views from FOUR bedrooms, including the primary suite and the favorite-child's suite at the front corner, where the glass can be slid away to offer a perfect platform to see the Pacific, PV and Catalina, and on and on.

The main floor living spaces integrate seamlessly with the outdoor spaces and pool area, with both covered and uncovered areas. All the glass slides away into hidden spots in the walls...

The basement space in this home could partly solve the homelessness crisis. There's a giant undivided family room with huge TV, two bedooms and mega storage.

A getaway family room is set among the bedrooms on the top level, with wood paneling and ceiling, and private, permanent views of the Pacific to the west.

100 N Dianthus Street, Manhattan Beach, The quality of construction and materials is at the top of the top, and it had better be for the asking price.

Once in a while, we come across a place that is both opulent and not showy, glamorous but warm, that's the kind of effortless top-end luxury they achieved here."
