Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.

2407 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach,

2407 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach,  2407 Manhattan Ave (3br/4ba, 2264 sqft.) is a splendid, newer (2015), 4-level home with tons of designer style, great views and a nice midtown location.

2407 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach, The home's officially a 3br, with one doing double duty as a spacious family room in the basement (with good light) and a Murphy bed to convert the room for sleepytime.

One bedroom is on the entry level, and the primary suite is on the middle level, with a secondary room now serving as an office. There's a large walk-in closet for the primary.

2407 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach, Views from the top level seem to be over maxed-out neighbors, so you have the views now that you'll have in the future.

This is an elegant, but not showy, polished beach house that will suit full-time or vacation uses.

From the official description:

2407 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach, "Sunsets, ocean air, and spaces that flex with your life—this architecturally refined coastal home is designed to live the way Manhattan Beach buyers actually want to live. Set on a southwest corner just moments from the Strand, the home unfolds across four thoughtfully designed levels, each offering its own mood—from relaxed entertaining to quiet retreat. Wide-plank French oak floors, warm wood paneling, and metal-framed windows create a calm, elevated backdrop that feels both modern and timeless. The top level is where life naturally gathers. Walls of glass and bi-fold doors open to a panoramic ocean-view deck—perfect for sunset dinners, weekend barbecues, and evenings that stretch just a little longer with a glass of wine in hand..."

2407 Manhattan Ave, Manhattan Beach, "Below, the home reveals its most unexpected feature: a lower-level lounge that feels nothing like a basement. By excavating the west side yard, the space is flooded with natural light and generous proportions.
