Living spaces downstairs flow more to the front yard, with one bedroom and the garage in back. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a full office space, and there's a spacious kids' living room between that and the rear 2 bedrooms.
For what it's worth, this home had a rough debut on market in 2018-19, needing more than a year to sell (for $3.275M). Today's market seems different; the home is offered both for sale (at $5.995M) and for rent (for $39,500/mo.).

The home was offered in parts of 2019-2021, at prices from $5.495M down to $4.995M, rented out a while, came back at $5.695M in 2022, rented again, and is back with its highest pricetag yet, $6.495M.
