Manhattan Beach New Listings (2/26-2/27/22)

On the one hand, it's real estate Spring, and we're getting new listings. Inventory has shot all the way up to ... well, 30.

But there were just a half dozen new listings this past week on account of "Ski Week," when "everyone's gone," especially realtors. We can be hopeful about more to come next week.
