While the Spring market usually starts after the Super Bowl, we're seeing more new listings these days.

Here's a quick look inside the latest Manhattan Beach listings.

Early 2021 continues to see far, far fewer 3D and video tours with new listings than we would expect and want. In today's environment, a virtual tour is essential, but some agents just aren't providing it. Hmmmmmph.
