Manhattan Beach New Listings (2/7-2/8/26)
Seems like there's something for almost everyone this week among new listings, and this is before the traditional kickoff of the local real estate market after the Super Bowl Big Game.
There are family-size homes in the Trees at around $3M and $5M, a downtown pied-à-terre at $3M – even an El Porto duplex and a Strand house.
Most listings do NOT feature open houses on Sunday, because everyone will instead be snacking and cheering.
Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.

Tree Section
844 14th (5br/6ba, 3472 sqft.) is a newer, quality home across from Pacific elementary.
In this little pocket of the Tree Section, the lots are basically 50' wide and 100' deep, as opposed to the 40' and 120'-ish that is more typical in the area.
You can always "feel" the extra width in the floorplans on lots like this, as in the flow of the great room in back, where the family room is just a bit larger, nothing is shortchanged at all.
A notable plus to the design: All bedrooms are ensuite, plus there's a powder downstairs off the living areas.
There's even enough space for a sizable landing on the second floor to serve as a "kids' living room." They really have fit a lot into
Oh, and don't forget the surprisingly large, welcoming front porch. Talk about old school.
From the official description:
"This luxury residence is perfectly situated in the coveted Tree Section of Manhattan Beach, offering 3,479 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space. Inside, the formal dining and living areas open seamlessly to the front patio, creating an easy flow for gatherings. A well-appointed butler’s pantry connects the dining area to the gourmet kitchen, complete with professional Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, a large island, and designer quartz countertops.
