3405 Pacific Avenue (4br/4ba, 3218 sqft.) is a 2005 Cape Cod with nice kitchen updates.

3521 Elm Avenue (3br/2ba, 1225 sqft.) is a refreshed, modestly sized mid-century modern with very updated baths, although the kitchen lags a bit and might want some attention. It's an efficient package that's ready to go.
Neighboring 3520 Elm (3br/2ba, 1434 sqft.) recently sold for $2.699M, and a glam remodel of an adobe house along Marine at 2500 Pine (3br/2ba, 1299 sqft.) got $2.600M, so this one is priced more or less in line with those favorable sold comps.
From the official description:
"Ideally positioned on a large, elevated 4,640 sq. ft. flat lot, this charismatic home offers 1,225 square feet of living space, featuring three bedrooms and two beautifully renovated bathrooms... Step inside to discover a bright and inviting interior, where oversized windows flood the space with natural light. The kitchen features a gas range, dishwasher, and an eat-in area. Sliding glass doors open to the beautifully appointed side yard. Continuing outside, enjoy the landscaped, west-facing backyard—perfect for outdoor entertaining and relaxing year-round. Other amenities include central air conditioning and a fully finished garage."

3521 Elm Avenue begins at $2.475M and is open Sat. & Sun. 1-4pm.
3521 Elm Avenue is listed by Jennifer Caskey, Compass.
3512 Maple Avenue (3br/2ba, 1899 sqft.) is substantially larger and lower-priced than 3521 Elm, while sporting an overall comparable location, which strongly suggests one true thing: It's much more dated/original, and therefore more of a project.
Yep. So look at this one as a blank canvas. (Look past as much as you can to reach that mindset.) As project homes go, you could do worse. This one's compelling.
From the official description:

448 35th Street (4br/4ba, 2892 sqft.) is described as "practically new" while sporting a 1923 build date. Ya gotta love it when people work with the charm of the original homes in town, and modernize them to give them a bright future.
Here, you'll find a new kitchen, baths, flooring and much more. All that midblock on a nice plateau street.
We're not 100% sure what it means where the listing description refers to the community's "Hallmark movie" vibe, but we give credit to creative writing whenever we can find it. (Aren't those the films where the young professional widow returns home to her small town from the big city and finds love with the veterinarian who never left? Maybe we need to visit 35th St. again.)
From the official description:
"Defining laid back luxury, this practically brand new beach home has been reimagined into a sleek and airy paradise designed to make you feel like you’re on vacation every day. Roll out of bed and head down to your favorite coffee shop just a block away, one more block and you’re on the sand. The large front porch and multiple patios will be your favorite spot to sunbathe, sip cocktails or gaze out at the ocean like you own it, because with this house you kind of do. Inside it’s all about luxury, the kitchen is a chef’s dream with top of the line Thermador appliances. An oversized island offers ample space for family gatherings, while the walk-in pantry ensures that everything you need is just an arm’s reach away. The primary suite has a direct ocean view and spa bathroom. Walk in closets and solid wood floors are icing on the cake. The neighbors? They’ll tell you it’s the best block in town—street potlucks, kids playing in the street, and a sense of community so strong it almost feels like a Hallmark movie (minus the drama, of course)."
