209 15th Street Manhattan Beach CA209 15th Street (3br/2ba, 1300 sqft.) feels a bit bigger than its 1300 sqft. might suggest, especially because of the very large first floor primary suite. (Although its bath features only a single, pedestal sink.)

Updates are actually mostly better than they appear in the photos, somehow.

You go for a place like this for the location, right among downtown, and the views. Much of the official description speculates on who might like a smaller house with such a great location. The answer is, there are several buyers who would.

This is an unusual arrangement in MB and the South Bay, and we'll probably get it wrong since we're not expert on this property type, but...

The gist is that each owner will own each individual unit, but they share ownership of the lot (like a townhome or condo) and share responsibility for insurance and property taxes. You may need a special loan product to buy just one unit.
