Over the nearly 20 years we've been online at MB Confidential, we can't really recall a week without a new blog post.
We've blogged regularly from wherever were were – from 30 cities around the USA, from Europe, from a few countries in Central America, and so on... and here, back at home, early in the morning, late at night. Whenever.
Somehow, this week, we were everywhere else but in front of the computer. It's 'cause we're busy with clients, and grateful.
This week, we've got another abbreviated new listings post, highlighting the newest offerings in town, albeit in brief and without a lot of comment.
Definitely one thing consuming extra time this week has been the charity softball tournament Dave operates, the Parents' Softball Classic, which has its 20th running this Sunday at the Big Marine complex. Running all day, the tourney will feature a brief commemorative ceremony at 3PM right before playoffs. Come on out if you can! It's a truly fun day.
Meantime the week's new listings are all detailed below. You can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.

PLEASE NOTE: Below, we present listings new to the Manhattan Beach market this week, via the MLS. They are listed and brokered by a variety of agents and firms. The name of the listing broker and agent for each property, along with any contact information supplied through the MLS, is displayed with each property, next to the price. East Manhattan Beach

1756 Voorhees (4br/4ba, 3033 sqft.) is a single-level modern with a pool that is quite an achievement architecturally.
Listed twice previously at much higher prices, perhaps this one is now destined to find the right match. Location down near Aviation has held it back, but this is one of those homes where you park the car and forget the world. Fun.
From the official description:
"Thoughtfully designed for privacy, comfort, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, this custom-built single-level home brings a calm and modern approach to life in Manhattan Beach. Completed in 2022... the home offers 3,033 square feet of living space on a 7,507 square foot lot, created with an emphasis on openness, natural light, and livability. Expansive walls of glass, 12-foot ceilings, and oversized pocket doors create a seamless flow between the interior spaces and the outdoor environment, giving the home a grounded and connected feel throughout. The central living area opens directly to an exceptionally private backyard designed to feel calm, lush, and resort-like. Surrounded by mature hedging that creates a rare sense of seclusion and greenery, the outdoor spaces feel intentionally removed from the pace of everyday life. A heated saltwater pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and firepit lounge create an environment equally suited for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday living. Positioned along the west side of the home, all four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were intentionally placed to create a greater sense of comfort, privacy, and retreat away from the main living spaces. The kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island, all positioned within the home’s open floor plan."
