Tree Section

1800 Palm Avenue, Manhattan Beach,

1800 Palm Avenue, Manhattan Beach,  1800 Palm Avenue (4br/4ba, 2788 sqft.) is awfully darn cute, and on a great corner lot on one of our personal favorite streets in the Tree Section. Palm, from 18th to Marine, seems to host one of the best collections of nice, newer homes all in a row, giving the block a great vibe of pride in ownership and community. (It's really that nice.)

Having the garage on the rear/side of the house along 18th allows this home to have a grand entry with no garage or driveway in sight – a rarity.

Though the interior space is a little under 3000 sqft., it's hard to say what is really missing at this one.

1800 Palm Avenue, Manhattan Beach, From the official description:

1800 Palm Avenue, Manhattan Beach, "Picture perfect in one of the best locations in Manhattan Beach’s Tree Section! This darling Nantucket style home has captivating corner curb appeal complete with a picket fence and putting green in the front yard! This home exudes joy and warmth upon entering. It’s bright and spacious with 4 bedrooms upstairs plus an office by the entry. The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream with a butcher block center island, custom cabinetry, a wine fridge and beautiful marble countertops. The adjacent family room opens up to a large, private backyard and detached garage. This home features a traditional floor plan with living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, in addition to an extra bonus area on the main floor. The master bedroom is spacious and has custom built-ins and a walk-in closet. The master bath is serene with double sinks, separate bathtub and shower and marble floors and countertops. All other bedrooms are filled with an abundance of natural light and have brand new carpet."

1800 Palm Avenue begins at $3.995M.

1357 Voorhees Avenue, Manhattan Beach,  1357 Voorhees Avenue (4br/3ba, 2660 sqft.) is a super custom warm modern, with a small pool, tons of windows – including disappearing doors to the backyard.

It's really quite a well-executed vibe, and for that, they got a 2019 architectural award.

Although the home faces out to school buildings and parking lots across Rowell, the home is largely built strategically to avoid those views from the plentiful windows.

1357 Voorhees Avenue, Manhattan Beach, From the official description:
