Manhattan Beach New Listings (6/28-6/29/25)

Another week, another dozen listings have come to market.

Curiously, though, there were more price cuts (14) than new listings (12).

That's the existing inventory trying to get a little notice. Did you notice?

This weekend, we'll have two Edge listings open – both 2-4pm Sat. & Sun. – 417 23rd St. and 2917 N. Poinsettia, featured on the cover of this week's South Bay DIGS

Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.

525 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Manhattan Beach,

525 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Manhattan Beach,  525 Manhattan Beach Boulevard (2br/1ba, 1682 sqft.) is a true classic, a totally charming world unto itself. Yes, it's dated and the floorplan a bit inconvenient (beds up, bath down), and the location right on a busy stretch of MBB near town is a challenge, but what are you gonna do? Hold out for perfection?

We consistently root for the classic beach houses to stick around, not get razed. That's our hope on this one, although the 3000 sqft. lot could be redeveloped with up to 3 units, we're told. In real estate school, they teach you to wish for the "highest and best use" of the land, but we can make exceptions where the heart takes over.

An extremely rare find, this 2-level storybook home embraces a vintage beachy feel and lifestyle… a throwback to the classic beach days of yesteryear, you can cancel your uber & doordash accounts and lock up your car keys… just grab a pair of flip-flops and literally everything you could ever want/need is right out your front door. A few blocks to the sand, strand & pier and everything in between… from Shellback & StrandHouse to The Kettle, up to Shade MB and the greenbelt, your entire world just got compressed into a 10 minute stroll. After a long day of sun & salt, “wine down” in the sanctuary, private backyard patio space… perfect indoor/outdoor flow from the rear family room that offers a great setting for entertaining or just a quiet retreat of relaxation."
