It seemed like we were having a little bit of an inventory crunch, down to 66 listings citywide as of Monday, when all of a sudden, here came a burst. 

This week's set of new listings reaches a full dozen (12), spanning all areas of town – even new construction in the Hill Section.

They say they've priced it for land value at $4.895M. But a land sale at 337 9th didn't even make it to market early last year and still had multiple offers, settling at $5.500M (!).
