Open house times are listed below, but you can also click "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.

1170 Shelley Street Manhattan Beach CA1170 Shelley Street (4br/3ba, 1858 sqft.) is a local listing by Dave & Edge Real Estate Agency.

While you can't see it on the MLS right now, we can arrange to show it under certain conditions. Please email Dave about the options.

The home is a solid, single-level remodel with a sizable primary suite. The location is quiet - in fact, we've had many people say they don't even know where Shelley Street is. That's because you would never drive on this street that's a cul-de-sac at one end and traffic-restricted at the other. But it's got walkability to spare, near Costa, Pennekamp, shops and restaurants, even Lazy Acres.

Drought-tolerant landscaping both front and back. And what a lifestyle! You may be surprised by how much is within short walking distance: coffee, wine, restaurants, schools, gym, Lazy Acres and more."
