By Dave Fratello | July 30th, 2022

It's Summer, so it's fitting that it's the Sand Section this week delivering most of the new inventory.

Not that most of it is in reach for the average consumer... with prices near $8M, $10M and $14M, but each of these high-end properties has something special, and all have ocean views.

Open house times are listed below, but you can also click "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.

1170 Shelley Street Manhattan Beach CA1170 Shelley Street (4br/3ba, 1858 sqft.) is a local listing by Dave & Edge Real Estate Agency.

While you can't see it on the MLS right now, we can arrange to show it under certain conditions. Please email Dave about the options.

The home is a solid, single-level remodel with a sizable primary suite. The location is quiet - in fact, we've had many people say they don't even know where Shelley Street is. That's because you would never drive on this street that's a cul-de-sac at one end and traffic-restricted at the other. But it's got walkability to spare, near Costa, Pennekamp, shops and restaurants, even Lazy Acres.

From the official description:

1170 Shelley Street Manhattan Beach CA"It’s the good life, elegantly simple, on a quiet block of the Poets Section in East Manhattan Beach. This nicely remodeled, single-level home features four bedrooms, updated kitchen and baths and bright, open living spaces."

"A fourth bedroom, now used as an office, adds flexibility to the floorplan. Sunny, south-facing backyard makes for attractive outdoor living, with both decking and artificial turf. Drought-tolerant landscaping both front and back. And what a lifestyle! You may be surprised by how much is within short walking distance: coffee, wine, restaurants, schools, gym, Lazy Acres and more."
