If you're curious about the economics of flips, it's interesting to revisit the sale history:

- April 2023: Original home offered for $2.000M, drew an offer in June, closed in Sept. 2023 for $1.700M after a probate process

- Oct. 2023: New buyer immediately offered the property back to the market, unimproved for $2.295M for 3 months

- Jan. 2024: Re-listed, reduced price to $2.185M and ultimately to $1.995M before quitting and (apparently) deciding to do the project

A pre-2020 buyer radically remodeled and modernized the home, eventually selling it in July 2020 for $4.325M. The resale offering here is priced greater than double that acquisition price from 5 years ago. 

Looks like the listing is working with temporary photos for the time being.
