If you were around most of the Summer (guilty!), you could feel the change this week as everyone returned to Manhattan Beach, schools started up and our community began to have a bit more of a buzz. Welcome back!

There are just a few new listings this week, but for the first time this year, it seems that buyers have multiple options in East Manhattan. It's a good time to comparison shop. We think you'll love the new look at 1170 Shelley (Dave's listing), for instance.

The prior sale closed in May for $2.200M, but it's back now $99K higher.
