The market showed some life this week, with 10 new escrows in 6 days, on a mix of new listings and a couple that had been around.

In August?

Really. August.

This isn't always a time when you'd expect sellers to choose to list. But we see 9 more new offerings hitting the market this week, some exceptionally well-presented.
