Manhattan Beach New Listings (8/7- 8/8/21)

August is not usually a prime time for new listings.

This week's inventory, with no disrespect intended to any individual listing, kind of makes the point.

We have a couple far north Tree Section homes, lot sales in the Sand and East MB, a new construction home near town that is just finished, and a re-list of a property that didn't sell earlier.
