Not to start out with a rant, but if this week is any indication of how the Fall season is going to go, yuck.
And by that we mean: Where's all the darned inventory?
We had a pleasant post-Labor Day weekend last week with more than a dozen new listings. This week? Five!
Hey, potential sellers, we know you love Manhattan Beach and all, but there's a lot of people trying to get in. They need your cooperation! And those sweet digs, the place where you've got all your stuff. Why not give buyers a chance?
Rant concluded.
But we are thankful to those who have offered their properties – including two larger East Manhattan homes, for which signs are surely positive, what with the super-quick deal on 1627 Gates (6br/7ba, 5012 sqft., $3.950M) plus the are-you-kidding-me-they-finally-sold-that-one? deal at 1136 5th (5br/5ba, 4400 sqft., $4.700M).
The corner-lot fixer/lot sale at 214 S. Poinsettia in the Hill Section will draw some notice this week as well.
Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.
