1326 Voorhees Avenue, Manhattan Beach,  1326 Voorhees Avenue (5br/3ba, 2215 sqft.) is vastly improved from its condition in late 2022, when it last sold (for $2.500M) and we had described it as an "old and kinda challenging house that boasts a ginormous lot, over 9000 sqft."

1326 Voorhees Avenue, Manhattan Beach, Well, there can be life for "old" and "challenging" houses, if someone comes in and plunks down enough money. In this case, the listing says the current owns poured in $900K for upgrades.

425 30th Street, Manhattan Beach,  425 30th Street (2br/1ba, 986 sqft.) is a small, 100-year-old cottage, and yes yes yes, we love the idea of preservation.

But it's probably fanciful to invite the next owner to pay over $3M for a museum piece. The big question looming here is: What's land value for a favorable mid-block lot not too far north on the plateau?

This home has lots of storage space, including a staircase that leads to a spacious attic...ready for your imagination for future use. The large, sun-drenched front yard is a canvas for your imagination, offering the perfect spot for a vibrant garden or a playful outdoor space. Whether you choose to live in this classic gem as it is, expand its footprint, or build your dream home, the possibilities are endless. There's even a potential for ocean views (BTV) if fully developed, adding another layer to this incredible opportunity.
