The market's busy, we're busy, hope you're busy, too!

Maybe one could say we're always going here at MBC and Confidential Realty, but we poured a lot into this week's debut of 848 12th Court, our new Tree Section listing. We're open both Saturday and Sunday 1-4pm, and hope you'll come see it!

This week there's a new rush of inventory in many different market tiers, with 12 new listings in a week, and (wow) 55 listings holding open houses this weekend. These next few weeks are where the action is before the market gets quieter for the holidays.

Our reviews are limited below, but we're able to list all the new offerings holding open houses.
