Weekend Opens (11/5-11/6/16)

Inventory is dropping and the number of open houses has declined again this week, but remains in the mid-30s. And there are new listings this week to go see.

1701 8th Street Manhattan Beach CA1701 8th (5br/5ba, 4100 sqft.) featured shades of beige and taupe and was promoted as a "gorgeous Tuscan" in August-September this year, but didn't sell.

They went in and painted absolutely everything white, inside and out. It's a good example of how to modernize a home whose style has fallen out of favor. From the official description:
