By Dave Fratello | January 19th, 2019

1215 Fisher Avenue Manhattan Beach CAAs you have seen, the market's starting a little early this year.

We're also going to re-start our weekly videos from open houses a bit early this year, too. There's more to see already!

Our video features 3 new homes, including two neighbors at 1215 Fisher and 653 13th, plus an elegant new one at 1716 Oak (on the commercial side), and more:

Some email subscribers and mobile users will need to use this link to view the video.

As always, we're providing times for open houses. Sunday, you might find some in conflict with a certain important football game. (Go Rams!)

To plan your open-house tours for this week, use MB Confidential's online list of Manhattan Beach open houses (it's mobile-friendly!). Our open house link always appears in our weekly wrapups and on the main front page, under "Open Houses."

Below, click any address link to view all photos and property details. And don't forget, when previewing homes here on MB Confidential, you can click "Open All Images" right above the main listing photo to get immediate display of all the listing photos at once.

Listings appearing here come from the whole MB market and may or may not be represented by MB Confidential author Dave Fratello.

Tree Section

1215 Fisher1215 Fisher Avenue Manhattan Beach CA (5br/7ba, 5400 sqft.) is oversized new construction on the south Martyrs hill area near downtown.

On our real estate map, we call this the Tree Section, but the lots are carved up like Sand Section lots (3000 sqft. instead of 2700 sqft.) and offer 3-story max heights like the Sand.

1215 Fisher Avenue Manhattan Beach CAOh, and do you even know where Fisher is? It's perhaps one of the city's shortest streets, up one block from Ardmore and running north from MB Blvd. just 2 blocks to 13th. (It was Dave's first street in MB, however long ago.)

You get views, a basement, contemporary beachy style and a location near everything.
