Sand Section

200 Ingleside200 Ingleside Drive Manhattan Beach CA (4br/5ba, 4900 sqft.) was the steal of the year in the South End last year.

Selling in July 2018 for $3.000M, the oversized 1990 contemporary was very original, a bit chopped up, just not quite what buyers are going for these days. (See more including photos in "Big South End House Sells Near Land Value.")

The plan, then, was to do a major remodel but keep the square footage. We wrote at the time:

"All-in, they may finish the remodel in the mid-to-high 3's. That would be an extraordinary amount of square footage in a good South End location for the money."
