2101 Chestnut2101 Chestnut Avenue Manhattan Beach CA (3br/2ba, 1750 sqft.) sold 2 years ago in much more dated condition for $1.590M.

With new flooring, kitchen and baths, it's a respectable upgrade from that iteration of the home, and might work fine for many, but they're also selling it with plans to add on and upgrade the home to make it a 5br/5ba, 3100 sqft. house, if that's your preference.
