Weekend Opens (2/24-2/25/18)

By Dave Fratello | February 24th, 2018

Here's hoping you're enjoying Ski Week, with the kids off and travel as an option.

Though we're very busy these days at Confidential Realty, Dave did get away briefly, checking in on the Dodgers' first Spring Training game instead of going out to brokers' open houses on Friday. (In our pic, that's Justin Turner coming to bat, where he hit a home run. Good omen!)

With Dave out, that means we've got all the new open houses, but very brief writeups only.

We do have video as a bonus, featuring 11 new listings, including: 513 Longfellow, 631 14th, 2404 Laurel, 421 23rd and more:

Email subscribers and some mobile users will need to use this link to view the video.

To plan your open-house tours for this week, use MB Confidential's online list of Manhattan Beach open houses (it's mobile-friendly!). Our open house link always appears in our weekly wrapups and on the main front page, under "Open Houses."

Below, click any address link to view all photos and property details. And don't forget, when previewing homes here on MB Confidential, you can click "Open All Images" right above the main listing photo to get immediate display of all the listing photos at once.

Listings appearing here come from the whole MB market and may or may not be represented by MB Confidential author Dave Fratello.
