What's that, you're not prepping for some kind of giant Super Bowl party?

Let's say you're going to need to make a game-time decision about where to go for the Big Game. Tree Section

1728 Laurel Avenue Manhattan Beach CA1728 Laurel (6br/5ba, 3650 sqft.) is a gorgeous custom build that many will find irresistible. Location in the Martyrs area will delight many. The school is right across the street.

You may recall that this one was briefly listed last year, but it was never opened up to the masses who wanted to get in and throw in offers. Now, it looks to be happening.

685 19th Street Manhattan Beach CA685 19th (4br/4ba, 4000 sqft.) is a late-90s Mediterranean that has been thoughtfully upgraded throughout the inside. The downsloping lot means a series of stairs are found throughout the floorplan heading toward the back and down. The top level is not affected.

1900 Elm Avenue Manhattan Beach CA1900 Elm (3br/2ba, 1650 sqft.) is an older cottage with an unusual floorplan, relying somewhat on a room made up out of the converted garage. This one has been lightly updated since its last run on the market, pretty pleasant. It's among the least pricey move-in-ready homes west of the highway. More from the official description:

1657 Nelson Avenue Manhattan Beach CA1657 Nelson (5br/6ba, 4350 sqft.) is spacious new construction on a corner lot running along Redondo Ave.

They don't label the style here. It's obviously not "Plantation," so they're not just avoiding that term. They do call it "one of a kind." Still, inside, you'll find many familiar details: lighter-colored, wide-plank flooring, wide-open great room opening by disappearing doors to the backyard, contemporary finishes all around.

Two surprises are the pool and entertainment area built out already in the backyard – no need to just imagine those – and the whimsically decorated master tub, set among several dozen large pond stones... a fun, naturalistic "spa" feel.
