Maybe you're out of town already for Spring Break, but if so, you're going to miss a whole new crop of new listings.

If the listing seems familiar, that's because it should be. This one was on market for a month in 2017 and almost 8 months last year, at prices from $3.950M down to $3.775M.

The new start price of $3.699M is the lowest yet.
