Weekend Opens (4/12-4/13/14)

This week, our open house post will run just brief excerpts of the official descriptions, rather than our usual reviews. This way we can bring you something about all of the new listings.

Sand Section

124 23rd (3br/4ba, 2050 sq. ft.) is 3-story new construction in the "Plantation" style just a few doors up from the sand midtown. Here are some excerpts from the listing description:

3109 Vista (3br/4ba, 2400 sq. ft.) is a newer (2003) TH. Here's are some excerpts from the listing description:

319 36th St., Unit B (2br/3ba, 1600 sq. ft.) is a somewhat remodeled, very bright ocean-view TH with surprisingly nice views. It sold before the first open house last year for $1.214M; this year it's had some upgrades and is asking $1.299M. Here are some excerpts of the listing description:

East MB

1713 Harkness (3br/2ba, 1500 sq. ft.) is a somewhat remodeled Liberty Village cottage. From the official listing description:

1608 Magnolia (3br/2ba, 1950 sq. ft.) returned to market this week after several weeks off. (It had debuted in February.)

This is a nicely updated home with the master suite built up over the garage, and the other 2br downstairs. The back of the home, with kitchen and great room, has 2-story-high ceilings, while the formal living room up front gets afternoon light.

There's a very tasteful, modern flair to all of the work, including the kitchen and baths. A "disappearing," big, glass slider opens the family room to the very private back patio for an indoor/outdoor feel.
