You've got to love the cul-de-sac block of 17th between Ardmore and the Martyrs fields – only neighbors, guests and, perhaps, people who are lost ever traverse the street.
This weekend, there will be just a bit more traffic for the public opens at 644 17th
(5br/5ba, 5400 sq. ft. – yes, 5400). That'd be the smart traffic.
