508 Larsson Street Manhattan Beach CAYou will see more options again this week, after a bit of a lull for Memorial Day weekend. Inventory of homes for sale in Manhattan Beach has been hovering slightly over 120, and the total number of listings opening up to the public this weekend is 53, up by one from what seemed to be the high for this year just 2 weeks ago.

We've got two of our own listings open Sunday, and hope you'll make time to come by either 508 Larsson in the Hill Section (pictured here) or 233 7th in the Sand Section near downtown: Both are open 2-5pm
